We want you to be happy with your order and also make any returns easy! If you are not satisfied with your order please contact us within 30 days of your receipt of merchandise to authorize a return for refund or exchange. We will supply a return label for you to send the item back to us (label cost will be deducted from the refund) or you may use your own carrier of choice to ship back to us. In some cases we can issue a full refund without return. If you receive a damaged item, we can send you a replacement without returning the original item, or issue a full refund. 


Please contact us via email at returns@nauticalcove.com in order to receive complete instructions on returning goods. Once we receive your return, please allow 3-5 days for processing.

Note on Promotional Free Shipping - all items ship with free shipping. There are instances where the original shipping cost incurred may be deducted from the refund on larger or bulk orders over $500. Please contact us if you have questions about deductions of promotional free shipping on large returns.

Exchanges and Store Credit

Exchanges and store credit returns are allowed up to 30 days of receipt of your order. Exchanges are made by returning an item to us and by placing a new order for your item(s). Please fill out the exchange information on the return/exchange form that will be emailed to you when we are contacted. Shipping is paid by the buyer for return shipping, and we, the seller, pay shipping for the new exchange item. For store credit, we issue a gift certificate for the amount of the return to use up to 1 year from the date issued.
